Vietnam’s KCT 15 anti-ship missile program
The folks over at the International Institute for Strategic Studies have written a piece on Vietnam’s indigenous KCT 15 anti-ship missile program that can trace its lineage to the Russian Zvezda-Strela 3M24 Uran.

Canada brought its CC-130J to Edwards AFB for electronic warfare testing
Canada wanted to know how well the ALR-56M radar warning receiver would fit with the Defensive Electronic Warfare Suite and aircraft mission computer on the CC-130J during the Block 7 upgrade. For that purpose, it flew one aircraft to the Benefield Anechoic Facility at Edwards Air Force Base to find out.
