Apparently, Russia has deployed a S-300 regiment to the Novaya Zemlya Archipelago in its Arctic region as well. Earlier, it was announced that one of the two S-400 regiments had stood up at Novaya Zemlya too.
Australian, Italian and UAE tankers getting certified to refuel USAF fighters, C-17 and B-1B
From now till the summer of 2016, air refueling tankers from Australia, Italy and UAE will be heading to Edwards Air Force Base to get their boom certified to refuel various types of U.S. Air Force combat aircraft. A RAAF KC-30 is now in California to start off certification with the F-16.

Taiwan to set up radar picket in South China Sea as Ma Ying-jeou prepares to visit Taiping island
The Republic of China Air Force and Navy is busy setting up a radar picket from Taiwan to Taiping island in South China Sea as President Ma Ying-jeuo is expected to fly there between Dec. 12-14.
