Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force commissioned helicopter carrier JS Izumo (DDH-183) into service Mar. 25 in Yokohama.
At a press briefing, Adm. Cecil Haney, who heads the U.S. Strategic Command, said a Chinese Anti-Satellite (ASAT) in July last year failed to hit its target.
