T-X, future T-38 jet replacement, requirements released

The U.S. Air Force has released requirements for the T-X trainer aircraft family of systems that will replace the T-38 Talon, Mar. 20.

Boeing’s subcontractors having problems developing KC-46A boom and refueling pods

Delays in developing the flying boom for the KC-46A is preventing the aircraft from making its maiden flight, the U.S. Government Accountability Office said.

RAAF chief: PLAAF needs better command, control system

Speaking at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2015, head of the Royal Australian Air Force, Air Marshal Geoff Brown, said China should upgrade its Air Force’s command and control system.
