Russia orders two Il-96-400TZ aerial refueling tankers
Russia has placed its first ever order of the Il-96-400TZ aerial refueling tanker aircraft. The Ministry of Defence is buying two such aircraft from United Aircraft Corporation (UAC).

Philippines buys two C-130Ts
The Philippine Air Force has signed a Letter of Offer and Acceptance for two C-130Ts. A team lead by Maj. Gen. Victor Bayani, Assistant Chief of Staff for Logistics, conducted a second inspection of two aircraft at the Joint Reserve Naval Air Station in Fort Worth, Texas before the purchase.
