Pakistan Army helicopter crashed

Pakistan Army lost a helicopter on Jun. 25, killing both pilots. The aircraft was on a training mission in Multan when the incident happened.

Japan to deploy F-35s at Misawa in 2017

Japanese Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera said the JASDF will deploy its first 20 F-35As at Misawa air base in 2017.

Raytheon to add infrared marker on ATFLIR

Boeing plans Super Hornet with detection capabilities of Growler

Boeing latest road map for the F/A-18E/F includes an improved version of the fighter that carries the ALQ-218 electronic receiver for improved electronic signal detection capabilities similar to the Growler.

Eurofighter to test modification kit which includes LERX

By end of the year, the Eurofighter consortium will flight test an aerodynamic modification kit that adds leading edge root extensions and extended trailing edge flaps to the fighter.
