Lt. Col. Vanessa “Lana” Wilcox is the first female to take command of a B-52 squadron. She was sworn in as the commander of the 96th Bomb Squadron during a change-of-command ceremony on Apr. 21.

USN wants to send 25 EA-18Gs to the boneyard
The U.S. Navy has disclosed its plan to deactivate five expeditionary electronic attack squadrons and send 25 EA-18Gs to the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group at Davis-Montham Air Force Base from 2024.
