USAF selects GE to power F-15EX

The U.S. Air Force will use the General Electric F110-129 turbofan engine to power all 136 F-15EX fighters that it plans to procure.

Watch JASDF KC-46A #14-3611 circuit pattern and landing at Miho Airbase

Japan Air Self-Defense Force now has a KC-46A in the country after #14-3611 flew home from Seattle today. The aircraft was seen making circuit approaches before landing at Miho airbase.

JASDF sending pilots to Phase IV training at IFTS in Italy

The Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) has entered into a technical arrangement with the Italian Air Force whereby Japan will send pilots to enroll in the (Phase IV) advance training courses at the International Flight Training School (IFTS).
