USAF F-15E shot down Iranian drone over Syria

A U.S. Air Force F-15E fighter shot down an Iranian unmanned air vehicle over Syria on Aug. 21.

VMFA-211 F-35Bs flew from HMS Queen Elizabeth to USS America for refueling, arming

Japan unlikely to fund Aegis Ashore alternative proposal over the next few years
