Irkut said on Monday that the Russian Air Force is negotiating for up to 40 Su-30 fighters. Irkut President Alexei Fyodorov said the deal will be signed next year.

South Korean Defense Minister says J-10 similar to F-16
South Korean Defense Minister Kim Kwan-jin visited a PLAAF J-10 base in Changzhou, China on Saturday. Kim later remarked that the J-10 is similar to the F-16.
