A Canadian Air Force CT-155 crashed near CFB Cold Lake during a routine training exercise Friday. Both instructors ejected safely.

USMC pilots in Afghanistan replace charts with iPad

Instead of carrying large quantity of maps in their aircraft, U.S. Marine Corps aviators in Afghanistan are using the iPad instead to store their charts.

Last flight of Grumman EA-6B BuNo. 160432

Grumman EA-6B BuNo. 160432 flew its last flight on Friday at MCAS Cherry Point. This jet has been attached to all four of Cherry Point’s electronic warfare squadrons at various times in its lifespan.

Very nice photos of abandoned Tu-22 bombers taken at Vozdvizhenka Air Base, Russia which was previously home to the 444th Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment.
