Did Indonesian General panicked and ejected from KT-1B?

A KT-1B from the Indonesian Air Force crashed on Thursday, the general in the backseat and the pilot both ejected to safety.  It has been revealed that the ejection sequence was initiated by the general and now questions are being asked if he had panicked and ejected.

RAAF to get six more Super Hornets next month
