Germany could become newest operator of C-130

Reuters reports that Germany could be buying the C-130 from Lockheed Martin as the A400M is considered too big and wide to operate out of certain runways.

Two sources said the decision is unrelated to the current issues with the A400M and the Luftwaffe has a requirement for up to 10 aircraft.
