Ruusian Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov disclosed that the state will be testing the SR-10 forward-swept wing jet trainers over the next three years.
Modern Aviation Technologies (KB SAT) said 20 jets will be supplied to the state for testing.
Engine manufacturer Saturn has proposed to power the aircraft using its AL-55 turbofan engine.
