North Korea could be ready to test its third nuclear weapon between March and May next year.
South Korea’s Chosun Ilbo reported that South Korean intelligence found the North busy tunneling in the winter despite the ground being frozen.
The intelligence estimate is that the North could complete its dig by next year to carry out a nuclear test.
