A draft test report on the Gorgon Stare Wide Area Airborne Surveillance System by the 53rd Wing said the system is “not operationally effective” and “not operationally suitable.”
The 53rd Wing found 13 serious deficiencies in the system including poor-quality video and trouble downloading the feed.
