The U.S. Army wants to hold a flying competition in April next year and the winner will replace its OH-58 Kiowa Warrior.
Major General Tim Crosby, the Army’s top helicopter buyer, has this to say to potential competitors: “If it doesn’t fly, don’t bother to show up.”
