Reuters reported that EADS could announce as soon as Friday that it won’t protest the US Air Force’s award of the KC-X aerial refueling tanker contest to Boeing.
Sources say the company has not found any “egregious” error that EADS North America Chairman Ralph Crosby had earlier said would trigger a protest.
