An Indian military delegation was suppose to visit Beijing next week but China refused to issue a visa for a Air Force officer.
The denial of visa for Group Captain M Panging, the chief operations officer at the Su-30MKI fighter airbase at Tezpur, led to the delegation’s visit being put on hold on Friday.
India eventually decided to send a 15-member team instead of 30.
