The Pentagon will start an interagency review of the deal between GE and the Aviation Industry Corp. of China for avionics equipment.
Questions are also raised on Honeywell’s plan to sell helicopter engines for China’s AC311 helicopter. The Pentagon is worried that the engines will be diverted to PLA.
