Sean O’Keefe, CEO of EADS North America, said his company could opt out of the U.S. Air Force competition to replace its HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter unless the rules of the competition is revamped.
O’Keefe complained that the Air Force’s draft request for proposals was so narrowly written that it would essentially knock most contenders out of the running.
