Off-duty C-17 pilot nominated for medal for saving lives

An off-duty USAF C-17 pilot assigned to the 729th Airlift Squadron has been nominated for the Airman’s Medal for his efforts to save a mother and her baby after a May 5 car accident in Germany.

  1. Big deal out of something that is great but most people would do anyway. Volunteer firefighters do it everyday.
