Surviving veterans of the Arctic convoys and Bomber Command have received their medals from British Prime Minister David Cameron at Downing Street on Mar. 19.
The Arctic Convoy Star and Bomber Command Clasp were created after the government bow to years of campaigning and properly acknowledge sacrifices made by the men.
