Philippine Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin said there will be no further purchase of W-3A Sokol helicopters from Poland.
President Aquino said on Monday that the helicopters could not be used to ferry soldiers to combat zones because the machine guns were mounted at the door, blocking entry and exit.
