Lawsuit claims AH-6M has faulty FADEC

A lawsuit filed in Connecticut has revealed problems with the AH-6M Little Bird’s Fully Automated Digital Electronic Control (FADEC).

The lawsuit was filed by the family of Steven B. Redd, who was killed in a 2011 crash at Fort Benning when his AH-6M crashed due to a malfunctioning FADEC.

His family alleged that the problem with the FADEC was known back in 2007 but the defendants knowingly concealed this information from the government and the U.S. Army.
