RoKAF F-5E pitched up before crash

The pilot of a RoKAF F-5E tried to land his jet 4 times after it developed a fault shortly after take-off on Sept. 26.

The nose pitched up and the plane slant to the right as the pilot struggled to recover the jet. He eventually chose to eject.

Investigators later found that poor maintenance on the right wing was the cause.
