Delivery of three P-3Cs for Taiwan was disrupted after two encountered issues with their flight control system while transiting Guam.
One arrive on Dec. 12 and the other on Dec. 17. However, one more is still in Guam as the relevant maintenance personnel are on Christmas vacation.
