Women pilots in U.S. Army operate more safely than guys

U.S. Army Major Seneca Peña-Collazo concluded in his thesis for the School of Advanced Military Studies that women pilots in the Army operate aircraft more safely than their male counterparts.

Statistics collected by Peña-Collazo found that although women made up ten percent of the pilot fraternity, they contribute only 3 out of every 100 accidents.
