DSLR was the cause of A330 Voyager’s sudden loss of altitude

A RAF Voyager MRTT, tail number ZZ333, was cruising over Turkish airspace on Feb. 9 when the jet suddenly lost altitude and plunged 4,440ft. Investigations showed the captain’s digital SLR camera jammed next to the side-stick controller.
