Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Delgado has succeeded Lt. Gen. Lauro dela Cruz as the head of the Philippine Air Force.
During the change-of-command ceremony, President Aquino revealed that Gen. Delgado had survived two air crashes during his younger days as a pilot.
