North Korean UAV recovered from bottom of sea

A South Korean fisherman retrieve the wreckage of a North Korean UAV near the South Korean border island of Baengnyeong on Sept. 15.

The on board camera is missing and South Korean officials are scrambling to find out when the drone had crash.
