Brig. Gen. Steven Rudder, the commanding general of 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, has relieved Lt. Col. Jay Moorman, CO of HMLA-367 of his command.
No details were available except a statement saying Rudder has “loss of confidence in Moorman’s ability to continue to command.”
