ACC: Manning levels for USAF UAV fleet at breaking point

Head of Air Combat Command, Gen. Herbert Carlisle, has written a memo to the U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Welsh, warning him that the manning levels of the service’s unmanned aircraft fleet is at a critical point.

Carlisle cautioned that his men are not able to meet the 65 MQ-1/9 CAPs demanded by the office of Joint Staff.
