Russia to conduct Open Skies flights over Turkey

A Russian An-30B has started flying over Turkey under the Open Skies Treaty framework. The flights started from Dec. 14 and will end on the 18th.

The aircraft will fly out from an airport in Erzurum and Turkish observers will be on board during each flight – which is not more than 1,500km.
