Dassault to brief Indian Navy on Rafale M

A high-level team from Dassault will visit India this month to brief the Indian Navy on the carrier-borne Rafale M. The move comes as India prepares to finalize the design of its second indigenous aircraft carrier.

The new warship will be 65,000 tonnes and can carry up to 50 aircraft. Expected to be equipped with a catapult, the Indian Navy is undertaking research to find a suitable fighter to operate from the future carrier.
