U.S. Navy LCDR charged with espionage

A lieutenant commander (LCDR) assigned to the U.S. Navy’s Patrol and Reconnaissance Group has been charged with espionage on Apr. 8.

The charge sheets were heavily redacted and what is known is that the person charged with two counts of espionage, three counts of attempted espionage, three counts of making false official statements, five counts of communicating defense information, prostitution-patronizing, adultery, and multiple violations of a lawful general order and failure to obey a lawful order.
