The Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) Increment 1 (Inc 1) has entered a new phase on Apr. 5 when Frank Kendall, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, approved it to enter the Engineering & Manufacturing Development phase.
