Fat Albert out for the rest of 2016 airshow season

The Blue Angels will be performing at airshows without its familiar C-130T, nicknamed Fat Albert, for the rest of this season as the aircraft is undergoing scheduled maintenance at Tinker Air Force Base.

The check happens every five years and in the meantime, a spare Marine Corps C-130 will haul the team’s equipment around the country.
