Russia’s defense ministry says two warships from the Admiral Kuznetsov carrier task force had chased away a submarine belonging to the Dutch Navy in the Mediterranean.

The boat was discovered some 20 kilometers away from the task force and destroyers Veveromorsk and Vice-Admiral Kulakov were dispatched to force the Dutch vessel to leave the area.
