South Korea selects 2 sites to bed down F-15Ks

The South Korean Air Force wants a new base for its F-15K fighters and two potential sites have been selected, Yonhap reports.

The Defense Ministry says a committee chaired by Defense Minister Song Young-moo has chose the Ubo area and the Bian-Sobo area, both in North Gyeongsang Province.

The new base will replace the Daegu air base, also known as K2.
