Spain is sending some of its Cougar and Chinook helicopters to Iraq and they will be transported first to Kuwait aboard amphibious assault ship Juan Carlos I.

The Spanish Army is reported to be sending five helicopters and the mission is scheduled for next month. It will be the farthest mission for the warship so far.
