The Pentagon gave Bell Boeing a $4.2 billion contract to build V-22s and this contract includes 39 CMV-22Bs for the U.S. Navy.
The contract also provides for the manufacture and delivery of 34 MV-22Bs for the Marine Corps; 1 CV-22B for the U.S. Air Force; and 4 MV-22Bs for Japan.
