The Indian Air Force has finalised the Air Staff Quality Requirements (ASQR) for the fighter program to buy 114 aircraft, according to The Print.
The service is now waiting for the Acceptance of Necessity (AON) from the Defense Ministry.
Once cleared, there will be an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be issued before the Request for Proposal (RFP) is out.
