B-1B fleet grounded again due to ejection seat issue

The U.S. Air Force has grounded the B-1 bomber fleet due to issues with the ejection seat.

The drogue chute of the seat may not deploy correctly during an ejection.

Maintenance and Aircrew Flight Equipment Technicians will now inspect the fleet. Aircraft that has cleared the inspection will return to flight.
