USNTPS upgrades C-12 with Garmin G1000 NXi integrated flight deck

A C-12 assigned to U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, Tester 38, has been upgraded with the Garmin G1000 NXi integrated flight deck last month.

The upgrade at Elliot Aviation started in September 2019. The aircraft will now undergo flight test by the Federal Aviation Administration in Olathe, Kansas, for the granting of a Supplemental Type Certificate.

The school has three C-12s.
