New CFT on F-15JSI?

The high resolution rendering of the F-15JSI from Boeing seems to suggest that the fighter will be getting some sort of conformal fuel tank.

If you compare it with a standard F-15J, the wing root seems thicker and tampers downwards to station 6 and there is a reddish panel on it.
