The 457th Fighter Squadron, 301st Fighter Wing, performed a “missing man” formation flyover at the memorial ceremony of POW and F-16 =program founder Brig. Gen. Lyle Cameron on Aug. 7, 2020 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Cameron was director of the Prototype Program Office in 1971. He oversaw the Lightweight Fighter program which lead to the F-16.
