The Republic of Korea Air Force (RoKAF) has stand up the 39th Reconnaissance Wing on Nov. 3. The new Wing will take charge of assets such as the RQ-4, RF-16s and RC-800.

Japan has not enough money for F-15JSI modifications
The Asahi Shimbun says Japan’s plan to modify 20 F-15s to carry long-range cruise missiles is in jeopardy as only $103 million has been set aside to upgrade two fighters.
