Myanmar’s de facto leader Senior General Min Aung Hlaing is said to have made a stopover in Irkutsk during his trip to Moscow to attend a security conference.
While The Irrawaddy says Min was there to see the Su-30SME being assembled for Myanmar, public ADS B data showed that the A319 was only on the ground for one hour. It was more likely a refueling stop.
