An official from Russia’s Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) revealed that Moscow has started delivering parts of the S-400 air defense missile system to India.
News reports from India also confirm the story, citing local defense industry sources. The parts are being sent to the Western border and all equipment for the first battery will arrive by end of the year.
